Mehans Cloud Consulting provides independent remote consulting services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or any other platform provider unless explicitly stated in writing.

Service Scope

Services are provided remotely and may include planning, setup guidance, migration support, configuration assistance, and advisory sessions. We do not provide physical shop service or on-site visits.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, valid account access where needed, and appropriate permissions for their own systems. Customers are responsible for platform subscriptions, licenses, and third-party provider fees.

No Guarantee of Platform Results

We make reasonable efforts to provide professional guidance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific performance outcomes, or approval from any third-party platform.

Payments

Pricing, scope, timelines, and payment terms should be confirmed before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
