Consultation Fees

Fees for completed consultation sessions are generally non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

Project Services

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any payment processing or administrative costs. If work has already started, refunds are reviewed based on completed work and agreed scope.

Third-Party Charges

We do not control or refund third-party platform charges, subscriptions, licenses, domain fees, hosting fees, or software provider fees.
